MODGE offers free standard delivery within the UK on orders over £40. Use code FREESHIPPING40 at checkout.

Worldwide delivery is available! Please note that due to recent changes in international trade regulations, customers in the EU may be required to pay import duties and VAT upon arrival of your order from outside the EU, which is the responsibility of the customer. These charges are imposed by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order at checkout. It all depends on the value of your order, the delivery country and the type of goods being shipped. Typically, orders above a certain value will be subject to import duty, VAT or other handling fees as per your country’s customs regulations. Please note if you are a UK resident, orders should arrive within 48 hours after they’re dispatched but can sometimes take up to 4 working days.International orders can take up to 14-21 working days to arrive afterthey’re dispatched.

General products such as cards & prints are estimated to dispatch from my studio within 7-10 working days after your purchase date. Working days are Monday - Friday. Please always allow the full 10 days before getting in touch, but do email if on the very rare occasion your order isn’t dispatched within that time. Personalised orders are estimated to dispatch within 28 working days after your purchase date.* Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and it is then over to the couriers to deliver your items safe and sound.

*these are just estimates! Orders can occasionally take longer to fulfil due to demand especially in the run up to Christmas. Please be assured I work on orders as quickly as possible, and every item is made to order to maintain the quality customers know and love :) thanks for your understanding!

Returns

All items are made to order and sent with love and care, so returns are not accepted unless a legitimate reason is provided. Please note, to return an item you need to get in touch with your reason. Should the return be accepted I will provide the return address. Return costs need to be covered by you. A refund will be processed once the return is received back with me, provided it arrives in the same condition it was sent out in and within 14 days of you receiving it. Please get in touch if your order is damaged, incorrect, delayed or lost and we can come to a solution! Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.

Rules for returns and refunds apply to all orders regardless of the payment method.
